The Bruce Ski Club Constitution was written in 1982, prior to incorporation.
Bruce Ski Club was incorporated in 1987. The articles of incorporation are held by the President. The club has only passed one Bylaw: Bylaw #1.
The minutes of the Bruce Ski Club Executive and AGM are held by the Club President and are available on request. Sorry, I don't have time to scan & OCR all the old documentation.
